Most of us just have turkey on the brain, but a noteworthy steakhouse is opening in our neighborhood next week. Bistro Laurent Tourondel, or just BLT for short, opens Tuesday, Nov. 27. Chef Laurent Tourondel first opened a New York City BLT back in 2004, and the same year Esquire magazine named it one of the best new restaurants in the country. The cuisine at BLT can best be summed up as modern steakhouse with a French-bistro spin, and most meals there average about $50. And because BLT already has a buzz about it, there will likely be a long wait list, so reservations are probably a good idea.
