If you’re part of the Preston Hollow business community, listen up: The teachers who run the Hillcrest Business Career Preparation Co-op program are looking for employers who can provide paid internships for their students. The paid internship must provide at least 15 hours of work per week. If you think you have an internship position available and you’d like to help one of our neighborhood high schools, call Hillcrest teacher Dena Rhoades at 972.502.6869.

The Hillcrest "Mum Factory" has also lost its existing office space, which means the kids need a new place to assemble their mums this year. Hillcrest parents are reaching out to the Preston Hollow community to see if anyone has some free space (or knows someone else who might).

The students would need about 500 square feet of space, and would need to use it starting Tuesday, Sept. 2, and ending Friday, Oct. 24. The space doesn’t need to be furnished, and it can be one large room or a couple of smaller ones.
