Newsweek has just come out with a list of America’s best high schools, and W.T. White ranked 171 out of the 1,480 on the list. These schools represent the top 6 percent of U.S. public high schools.

Also certainly worth mentioning, DISD’s  School for the Talented and Gifted took first place on this list. And the  School of Science and Engineering took second. Woodrow Wilson in East Dallas also made the list, at 637.

Kudos to all the students, teachers, parents, and staff at these DISD schools for the national recognition!
