There will be a DISD school board candidate forum Monday, Oct. 19, at 6:30 p.m. inside T.C. Marsh Middle School.
All four District 1 candidates will be there: the incumbent Edwin Flores, retired salesmen Melvin Cannon, homemaker and licensed pediatrician Kyle Renard, and freelance writer Linus Spiller.
The Northwest Council of PTAs Legislative Action Committee is presenting this free event. The election will be Tuesday, Nov. 3 — and the last day to register is Monday, Oct. 5.
