For more than 20 years, TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market at Preston and Forest has been known for its fresh-out-of-the-ocean shrimp and salmon. This week, they’re having a sale, 15 percent off sea bass ($22.99 per pound). The fish is the only certified-sustainable sea bass approved by the Marine Stewardship Council. It comes from the South Georgia Longline Fishery.

You can check out TJ’s chef Chase Cheatham at the Taste of Dallas all weekend long. But if you don’t want to brave the crowds at Fair Park, TJ’s is hosting a free cooking demonstration (with samplings) at the store 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
