As we reported last week, construction on the Northaven Trail is set to begin next month. However, the groundbreaking ceremony has been rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. July 16 (not July 9 as previously stated) at Dealey Park.
The Friends of the Northaven Trail and city officials will join in celebrating the first phase of the hike-and-bike trail along Northaven Road. It will eventually extend all the way to Denton Drive.
