The Dallas Architecture Forum has extended its exhibit “Our Architecture: Arts & Humanities DFW 2012” through June 24 at NorthPark Center. Photographer Laura Wilson was commissioned to photograph 12 of Dallas and Fort Worth’s landmark museums and performing arts buildings that have architectural significance.

The exhibit includes the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Winspear Opera House, the Amon Carter Museum, Booker T. Washington High School, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, Kalita Humphreys Theater, Kimbell Art museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theater, Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.

“Our Architecture” is on display 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday outside Barneys New York inside the mall. Admission is free.

Wilson has authored several acclaimed photography books, including “Avedon at Work,” which chronicled her experience working with photographer Richard Avedon on the project “In the American West.”
