Preston Hollow resident Joe Harberg will be judging the first-ever International Chocolate Awards in London today through Oct. 14. Chocolate is nothing new for Harberg who is the founder and “chief chocolateater” (how’s that for a job title?) of EatMoreChocolate.com, a website where Harberg has documented his quest to find chop-lickin’ chocolate.
“Chocolate is universally loved across all cultures, so creating an international judging field is a great opportunity to recognize the best of the best chocolate influences from across the world,” Harberg says in a press release.
Harberg will be judging some of the finest bars and filled chocolates, which includes ganaches, chocolate spreads, bonbons and pralines.
If Harberg needs anyone to fill in, I think some of us in the office would be willing to take his place.
