Workers will demolish the eastern half of the Preston bridge this weekend and traffic will be switched to the newly-constructed side of the bridge.
The Preston bridge will be closed from 8 p.m. Nov. 15 – 6 a.m. Nov. 16 to switch north and southbound traffic.
Beginning Nov. 17 the eastbound Webb Chapel entrance ramp will be closed long-term, but the frontage road between Webb Chapel and Marsh will be open.
Throughout the weekend various east and westbound LBJ lanes will be closed under Preston.
