A lot of people aren’t too thrilled about the LBJ Express Project’s construction, but one man did something about it and won.

Tired of the endless jackhammering that took place all hours of the night while workers chipped away at a stretch of LBJ near Welch Road, neighbor Francis Stanush recorded a video of the noise with his iPhone at 4 a.m. March 14 and posted it on You Tube, NBC 5 reports.

It turns out a man with a phone can sure carry some clout. From now on, LBJ construction managers agreed to limit jackhammering from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, which is a good enough compromise for the neighbors.
