Some of you may have had the pleasure of dining at Citrus Bistro on Royal Lane, but it’s about to end.
The jumbo lump crab meat salad, pecan crusted tilapia, pommes frites and date cake have sent my taste buds to a happy place a few times, and inspired this Delicious article.
Owner Didier Viriot and his wife Nanou acquired the quaint place in 2009, but now their lease is up and they have to relocate.
Nanou says the couple couldn’t renew the lease with management, and a hair salon will now take its place. Their last day serving fine French food was Friday (March 15). She says Citrus Bistro is relocating to Colleyville right away, but she hopes to find a second location at the Preston/Forest area.
