A few weeks ago Tea Partiers and affiliates hosted a pro-gun-rights rally here in Dallas, at White Rock’s Flag Pole Hill and Advocate photographer Danny Fulgencio captured images of the crowd, who gathered to inform Americans of their “duty” to carry a firearm.
This Saturday, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, the advocacy group founded by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and another group called Organizing For America will together attempt to rally as much support for “common sense” gun control legislation. The event Saturday, April 13, starts at 4:30 p.m. at Northaven United Methodist Church.
