Glamour Shots—perfect for the mantle… or the boudoir.
I received a press release stating that a new Glamour Shots opening in October in Far North Dallas would be the only Dallas location for the Oklahoma-based franchise.
I remembered seeing a Glamour Shots at NorthPark a few years ago. You really couldn’t miss it if you tried. There were giant canvases of women in bustiers on motorcycles, and a shot of a woman pensively gazing into the distance with a horse looking stoic in the background.
Did I imagine it? Was there never a Glamour Shots in NorthPark?
I checked with Victoria Snee, director of public relations for the NorthPark Center. Snee says that the Glamour Shots in NorthPark closed in July, and will be replaced with See’s Candies, which will open this fall.
So I’m not insane for imagining crazy horse canvases, which is good. And I’m also a little secretly relieved that if I, say, want to document myself all dolled up like this, I know exactly where to go:
