Spring has arrived: the birds are chirping, the bugs are buzzing, and restaurant patios around town are starting to get crowded. Best of all, restaurants with seasonal menus are whipping up brand new dishes with freshly gathered ingredients for us all to feast on. Rathbun’s Blue Plate Kitchen is one example of a local restaurant with rotating seasonal dishes, and this spring, they are going all out with some pretty sumptuous-looking culinary creations, which you can view below (all photos via Facebook):
