Next week, Transwestern once again will make its case to neighbors for the proposed luxury apartment community at the northeast corner of Preston and Northwest Highway.

A town-hall meeting is 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 27 at University Park United Methodist Church. Representatives from Transwestern will present the re-zoning proposal, and a list of pre-registered speakers from the community will voice their opinions.

We likely can expect something similar to last week’s town-hall meeting about Highland House, during which we heard mixed reactions to the residential tower, which is scheduled to go before the City Plan Commission on Thursday.
