After several months of serving locally-based, freshly prepared eats inside NorthPark Center, Green House Market is back in the food truck biz.

Well kind of. The Green House food truck originally debuted a few years ago as one of the first gourmet food trucks in Dallas, Last December owners opted to move away from the food truck craze and operate a brick-and-mortar storefront.

A press release indicates that the truck, powered entirely by electricity (so not only green in color, but in an eco-friendly sense too) will be back on the streets this summer — but just for catering, special event and delivery purposes.

Meanwhile the Green House Market, with executive chef Ben Hutchison at the helm, will continue serving up its delicious seasonal fare inside NorthPark Center.

The summer catering menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner options such as salads, sandwiches and a breakfast scrambled egg pita, all coming in around $12-$15 per person.
