The Hillcrest Forest Neighborhood Association hosted its annual 4th of July parade last Friday, with the perimeter of Arthur Kramer Elementary School serving as the parade route. Neighbors of all ages came decked out in their best red, white and blue outfits, and some pets even got in the patriotic spirit.
