The Jewish Community Center hosts a free dog yoga class, inspired by the book “Doga: Yoga for Dogs,” Sunday at 2 p.m. Two professional yoga instructors will lead the class along with a dog behaviorist who will “assist attendees in connecting with their pet via mind, body and spirit.” The idea is to tap into our dogs’ natural tendencies such as living the moment. The class is free, but reservations are required. Call 214.239.7137 or email tarends@jccdallas.org. Read more here.
