Members of Ebby Halliday’s Preston Center Office and company executives gathered last week to “break ground” on a new 10,000-square-foot office.

The expansion comes after 38 years of business on 8333 Douglas. According to the Ebby website, the new digs will occupy a more prominent location within the same Preston Center building and boast a contemporary interior, plus some of the latest technology.

Those cutting-edge updates include a training room with new computers, a large agent workroom, and four conference rooms with Apple TVs, to name a few.

Architect Michael Twichell and Gary Owens are working on the project, which is slated for completion by Oct. 1.

“It offers an exceptional location and is a statement of our commitment to serving Dallas and the Park Cities for years to come,” says Ron Burgert, chief financial officer for Ebby Halliday.
