The healthy, fast-food concept, Snap Kitchen, is getting ready to open in Preston Royal Village this fall. But, if you want to see what all the fuss is about, its two other Dallas locations already are open near our neighborhood in Snider Plaza and Uptown.

The restaurant offers cold-pressed juices and breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the interesting menu items include the Creole eggs and grits, made with tofu and cauliflower; peanut butter pancakes with steel-cut oats; cucumber and tomatillo gazpacho soup; and Malaysian vegetable curry.
The Preston Hollow location will open at the northeast corner of Preston and Royal, next door to Write Selection.
