The new artisan pizza restaurant Project Pie opened on Monday in Preston Center, the DMN Eats Blog reports, at 6030 Luther, in the same strip as Hopdoddy and Miss Chi Vietnamese.
The Las Vegas-born chain announced its plans to bring the build-your-pizza concept to our neighborhood earlier this year, making it the first location in Texas.
The menu also features seven pre-designed pizzas as well as salads, desserts and a Boylan soda fountain.
