Buda Juice at Preston and Royal
Another juice bar is coming to our neighborhood.
Buda Juice is setting up shop at Preston Royal Southwest, adjacent to Sushi Star. It offers 100-percent raw and organic juices, hand-squeezed in a cold-press. The menu also includes milk handmade from nuts as well as soups. The drinks are served in glass bottles to be friendlier to the environment.
The owners are Bernard Lucien Nussbaumer and Horatio Lonsdale-Hands, entrepreneurs from Switzerland, now raising their families in Dallas. Lonsdale-Hands co-founded Zu-Zu Handmade Mexican Food.
Buda Juice already has locations in Plano, Frisco and the West Village. No word yet on an opening date.
In the same shopping center, Greek Isles opened over the holidays.
We have our fair share of juice bars popping up around the neighborhood. The Juice Bar, which opened last year at Forest and Inwood, is also coming to NorthPark Center.The Elixir Juice Bar recently opened in The Shops at Park Lane. There’s also The Gem in Preston Center.
