There are a couple of closures to look out for this weekend along eastbound LBJ Freeway as crews do the final paving of the road.
From 9 tonight to 2 a.m. Sunday, eastbound LBJ at the Dallas North Tollway is completely closed from the Inwood exit to just east of the tollway. This includes: the eastbound LBJ ramp to southbound DNT, northbound DNT exit to the Galleria, northbound DNT exit to eastbound LBJ, the loop ramp from southbound DNT to eastbound LBJ, and the loop ramp from eastbound LBJ to northbound DNT.
Next, the paving operations move to eastbound LBJ at Preston, from 2 a.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday. All eastbound traffic will be rerouted to the frontage road. The eastbound Hillcrest exit also will be closed.
