The juicing trend is still going strong in our neighborhood. The Juice Bar just opened a new location inside NorthPark Center, adding to Preston Hollow’s growing number of shops that offer freshly pressed juices, kombucha and cleansing programs.
Owners Tom and Lisa Hennings told us last year that they opened the original Inwood Village Juice Bar to complement their other business, The Bar Method. They’ve also opened a store at Forest and Inwood.
Several other juice bars have sprouted in our neighborhood recently. The Gem expanded to Preston-Forest in February, Buda Juice set up shop at Preston-Royal in January, and Elixir Juice bar opened in the Shops at Park Lane last year.
