Tickets sold out quickly for tomorrow night’s Tate Lecture at SMU. At 8 p.m. the campus will be full of people waiting to see Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of State; Richard Haass, president of the Council of Foreign Affairs; and David Gergen, CNN senior political analyst. But don’t feel left out. In the coming months, tons of fascinating individuals will speak at McFarlin Auditorium.

On October 20, Robert Edsel, the St. Mark’s alum who wrote “Monuments Men: Allied Heroes, Nazi Thieves and the Greatest Treasure Hunt in History,” will take the stage. Other people scheduled to participate in the 2015-2016 Tate Lecture Series include political strategist James Carville, filmmaker Ken Burns and actor Rob Lowe. Click here for the full lineup.
