The Family Place, a Preston Hollow nonprofit, just received its “largest single donation” ever.  The gift was a whopping $5 million and came from the Moody Foundation. Holly Haber at The Dallas Morning News has more.

Zoli’s, the Oak Cliff pizza joint owned by our neighbor Jay Jerrier, will soon be on the move. “I think [Zoli’s] could work in East Dallas, Preston Hollow or North Dallas … Houston and Fort Worth are also strong possibilities,” Jerrier told Eater. (We’re obviously rooting for Preston Hollow.)
