John Tesar, the bad boy chef profiled in our October cover story, will appear on TV again next week.
As a contestant on Esquire Network’s “Knife Fight,” he’ll duke it out with Chef Sean Brasel, who heads restaurants in Miami, Palm Beach and San Juan, Puerto Rico. The men will each create a dish using Live Mudfish — yikes!
