At its last meeting, the Preston Center task force decided to postpone its public open house in order to spend more time analyzing the potential development scenarios proposed by Kimley-Horn. The group agreed to gather again on March 22. But don’t jot that date down in your calendar just yet.

The meeting was rescheduled “due to spring break conflicts,” according to an email from Jennifer Staubach Gates. It will now take place on March 30 at the Walnut Hill Recreation Center. Those wanting to listen in should arrive at 6 p.m. The primary purpose of the gathering is for task force members to communicate with one another, but audience questions will be addressed at the end, if time allows.
