These days you can see all of Northaven Trail in the time it takes to walk about 2.5 miles — but that won’t be the case much longer, if all goes as planned.
According to an email from council member Jennifer Staubach Gates, “Northaven Trail is on track for expansion that would link the trail from White Rock Creek Trail to the west to Denton Drive.” When all is said and done, the trail will be more than 8 miles long. In the same memo, Gates wrote, “The City of Dallas is currently working to confirm alignments with stakeholders along the trail.”
