Chair yoga, nutrition education and even line dancing all are part of the Jewish Community Center‘s Senior Expo this year.
The annual event highlights North Texas resources and services available to active seniors. Health screenings, flu and pneumonia vaccines, exercises to improve memory and several fitness classes will be offered, along with giveaway opportunities.
Singer, speaker and artist Marty Ruiz will entertain audience members, and the first 100 attendees will receive a free lunch provided by Dallas Jewish Funerals.
