What’s new at the Preston Center: raw fish salad and red velvet french toast

If you haven’t hopped on the Hawaiian Poke trend, here’s your chance to try the raw fish salad.

Go Fish Poke is slated to open by January 2017 at 6030 Luther Lane at the Preston Center. Tony Lin — who also owns Edo Japan in Rockwall — will operate the high-end restaurant.

The breakfast and lunch eatery Yolk opened today at the Preston Center.

Located at 8315 Westchester Drive, the 4,604-square-foot restaurant offers specialties like red velvet french toast and the triple-decker yacht club sandwich.

This is the Chicago-based restaurant’s third metroplex location.
