More than 500 luxury apartments are coming to Preston Hollow Village.
Construction has started on the $750 million, 42-acre development at the northwest corner of Walnut Hill Lane and North Central Expressway, the Dallas Business Journal reports. Three apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail space are included in developer Provident Realty Advisors’ plans.
LA Rams owner Stan Kroenke is backing the project.
Once completed, Preston Hollow Village is expected to have 1,200 townhouse and apartment units, as well as a 3-acre park and 300,000 square feet of office and retail space.
