Living luxuriously: What you need to know about the senior community coming to Preston Center

HarborChase of the Park Cities is expected to open in January 2018.

The luxury senior living community is in the midst of construction in the Preston Center at the northeast corner of Sherry Lane and Lomo Alto Drive.

Silverstone Healthcare broke ground on the 136-unit assisted living and memory care facility in April 2016. The Dallas-based company has developed and managed retirement communities in Texas, Florida and the Mid-Atlantic.

The eight-story building will feature several dining venues, a wine room, full-service bar, beauty salon and wellness center, says Tom Dwyer, president of Silverstone Development Company.

“The whole idea of being in the central part of Preston Hollow and Dallas is exciting for us and what we believe to be the residents who like to live there,” he says.
