After two long days of classes and more walking, we
continued on our adventure in the Big Apple. We woke
up early and had to have our bags packed and downstairs in
the hotel at 8 a.m. We had a quick bite to eat and then
started out on our adventure to Rockefeller Center.

It was a really cold day outside…brr!!
We split up into groups for about an hour and met back at a
spot by the NBC store. We went to yet another H&M to look for some specific
stuff…oh the shopping we love to do! On the way,
Jennifer and I walked into St. Patrick’s Cathedral and
walked around. It was exciting and fun because they
were getting ready for the Easter service and
preparing flowers. It was beautiful and peaceful. Then we walked back to Rockefeller Center to meet the group, went into Dean & Delucca for some coffee and watched
Ashlynne and William ice skate on the Rockefeller
Plaza! It was so cool!

We then got on the metro to go to Canal street for
some good old cheap purses and shopping! We got on
the train and missed our stop! It was scary because we
didn’t get to stop for about ten minutes, although we
went over this big bridge and got to look at the
Statue of Liberty! We finally arrived in Coney Island
and had to catch another metro back to Canal St..but I must say we all
got to be very good subway riders in the process!

When we got to Canal Street we split up into small
groups, and shopped around for a good hour and then
met back up! We all had so much fun and got some
really good knock offs! Abby also met us there again
and it was so much fun to see her!

The best part of Saturday was that our flight was
completly on time and a breeze! I had so much fun and
was so glad that I got the opportunity to go with such
a great group of people who all got along so well!!
