Over at Casa Linda last week, I noticed the S.C. Companies’ "For Lease" sign on the Casa Linda Movie theater was no longer up, so I checked in with the theater owners who told me basically the same thing they’ve been telling me for the past 16 months or so. "We are still talking to different tenants. Nothing signed as of now," says Clay Evans. Meanwhile, AmREIT has become very visible in Casa Linda Plaza. Not only is construction well underway, but they also have AmREIT signs and artists’ renderings of the future Casa Linda scattered about the center. Here you can find some fairly recent updates.
