Jim Mitchell of the Payne Mitchell Law Group has been named to the “2008 Texas Super Lawyers” list. Nominations are compiled through a statewide survey of lawyers and independent candidate research. Payne was included in the “Personal Injury Plaintiff: General” portion of the list. He has been named four out of the five years that the list has been compiled.
The Hillcrest High School Math Olympiad Team won second place in a recent DISD competition. Team members are Zachary Fein, Wilson Look, Derek Poole, Victoria McKay, Taylor Hinojosa, Lauren Schuller, Steven Haspel, Emily Westbrook, Amanda Gross, Michael Hinojosa, Ross Shwarts and Mattia Flabiano.
