Right now you can easily cruise by the future Bush home off Daria Lane, but it may not stay that way for very long. The family wants to put a private gate on or near their street to keep all the gawkers away. Federal money will pay for this gate, but City Council has to approve it. Council members could vote on it as early as Jan. 14–and homeowners on that street are having a neighborhood meeting to discuss the gate tonight.
Sounds like if you have any interest in seeing Dubbya’s new digs, you’d better go now.
