“Somewhere between the nicest of fast casual and the hippest of casual dining restaurants is Vapiano.”
So says the “About Us” section on the web site for the European-style eatery scheduled to open in Mockingbird station early this April. This will be Vapiano’s first Texas location and its fifth US store.
Mockingbird station will welcome a handful of new tenants over the next three or so months, reports PR rep Lauren Benson, including Hyena’s Comedy Club and Oscar Fierro.
