Some Preston Hollow neighbors are rolling out the red carpet for soon-to-be neighbors George and Laura Bush with those “welcome home” signs. But it appears not everyone is as enthused about their return to Preston Hollow.  Someone has been stealing the signs from front yards.

The signs, which were created by TCU student Patrick Bibb, go for $20 each and so far, he’s sold about 800 signs. He originally started selling the signs to help pay for his tuition, but he’s also donating $2 of every sale to the Pershing Elementary library, in honor of Laura Bush.
