The campaign to become Preston Hollow’s new city council member is in full swing, with candidates Ann Margolin and Brint Ryan appearing at a slew of events before early voting begins April 27.

Tonight, Ryan will be at the Mercury Grill from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jay Beck is hosting the event.

Margolin will be at the home of Marie and Angel Reyes for coffee from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on April 2. The event is open to the public, but if you’d like to attend, you’re asked to e-mail your RSVP.

The candidates will debate at 6:30 p.m. April 7 at Walnut Hill Elementary School in an event hosted by the Walnut Hill Homeowners Association and the Northwest Dallas Improvement League.

They will debate again at 7 p.m. April 16 at the Good Shepherd Episcopal School. The Royal Northaven and Hockaday neighborhood associations will host the debate.

The final scheduled debate will be at 7:30 a.m. April 21 at the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Election day is May 9.
