The University Interscholastic League announced today it will postpone all league-sanctioned events until May 11 because of concern over the Swine Flu.
If only it were football season, there’d be some great pigskin jokes in there somewhere.
The programs that will be affected include softball, baseball and track on the athletics side, the state academic meet, and the State Wind Ensemble Festival.
I’m in the process of gathering what programs at Preston Hollow’s schools will be affected by this, and I’ll update the blog when I get the info.
