The folks at Scardello Artisan Cheese are launching a new month-long series of in-store classes that will teach you all about cheeses beyond cheddar and American.
The series begins this Wednesday night at 7. Scardello cheesemonger Rich Rogers will fill you in on the art of pairing beers and cheeses.
