I recently checked out the new Rockfish at Preston Forest Shopping Center. It’s a small space, but you can find extra seating out on the patio if it’s not too hot—or in the bar area where there’s several more tables for two.
I started with the shrimp cocktail, which is made tableside so you can adjust how spicy it is. You also have the option to add a dash of tequila for a flavor boost, which I recommend you do. I also had the seared ahi tuna salad, one of the best I’ve tried in a while.
Like all locations, this Preston Forest location offers more than a dozen daily lunch specials including hamburgers, salads, and seafood platters. Most of those range from $7 to $10, and are available until 4 p.m.
