The Molto Formaggio at the Preston Royal Shopping Center and Highland Park Village are now selling cheesecakes made with cheeses from the shop. I know, this was bad news for my diet, too.

You can thank pastry chef Kate Graver in advance for all the excess weight gain. She used to whip up confectionary masterpieces for Stephan Pyles, but these days you’ll find her at Chocolate Secrets.

You can get traditional New York-style, strawberry marbled, or Italian-style made with ricotta so it’s much lighter. All of those are available by the slice for $6, or $36 for the whole cake.
