During a series of town hall meetings, taxpayers are getting a chance to tell their city councilmen what they think is the best solution to fixing our city’s budget crisis.

I reported on last week’s meeting with councilmen Koop and Natinsky. This Tuesday night at 7, councilman Margolin will host a meeting inside the Walnut Hill Recreation Center. And this Thursday night at 7, councilman Koop will host another meeting inside the Churchill Recreation Center.

If you plan on attending, be prepared to sit through about an hour-long power point presentation outlining the city’s proposed budget (it’s as boring as it sounds)—and another hour of councilmen fielding questions from neighbors, which are asked one by one at the mic.
