The Hillcrest PTA is seeking volunteers for the homecoming parade, slated for Friday, Oct. 23.
The PTA is asking neighbors to help with the following:
-Loan convertibles for the homecoming court, the parade marshal, and parade guest VIP’s to ride in. If you’d like to loan your car, but can’t make it to the parade, the PTA will arrange for someone else to drive it.
-Drive convertibles in the parade precession (proof of insurance will be required).
-Help with various parade day duties, like setting up the judges’ pavillion, directing traffic, and greeting visitors. No pre-parade meetings will be required, everything can be arranged via email.
