If you have a holiday party this weekend that you’d rather attend sans the kiddos, you can bring them to the Schreiber Memorial United Methodist Church. Boy Scouts Troop 835 will be babysitting kids there Saturday night to raise money for a trip to the BSA National Jamboree in Virginia this summer.

The boys will keep kids occupied with games, crafts, pizza, and a movie—plus there’s plenty of room in the church’s Family Life Center to run around and throw a basketball. Trained teenagers and a few parents will care for babies and toddlers in the church nursery.

The fee for the whole evening is $20 for the first child, $15 for the second, and $10 for any additional children within the same family. Kids may come as early as 6 p.m. and stay as late as 11.

Reservations are not required but strongly recommended, especially if you have a baby because they’ll need to have enough adults ready to help. You can RSVP, or send questions, via email to parent Corey Brunson.
