Owner Ken Reiser of Meletio Lighting and Electric is a UT grad and big fan, and he’s offering fellow Longhorns a 10 percent discount to patrons wearing burnt orange and white Thursday prior to the big UT-Alabama national championship game. No burnt orange in the closet? If you can sing the UT Fight Song ("The Eyes of Texas"), you can still receive the deal. And regardless, there’s a big tailgate party planned from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at both stores on Harry Hines and in Frisco.
