I’ve recently starting running, so now my heart skips a beat when I go to RunOn. I get just giddy thinking about the all those rows and rows of running shoes. I imagine that’s what it’ll be like for avid tennis players when Love Tennis opens at Snider Plaza this March.
In addition to selling everything you need to play the sport (down to the sunscreen), employees will also string your racquets and coordinate group trips to tennis tournaments. Owners and longtime tennis players Pamela King and Brittain Watson created the specialty boutique they always wanted, one that was dedicated solely to the sport they love. For that reason, they’ve paid attention to things like apparel, carrying traditional and the harder-to-find trendy stuff. They’ll even have a gift section for the tennis-lover in your life.
No word yet on a specific opening date, but I’ll keep you posted.
