The group that is spearheading the petition drive for a city-wide wet-dry election says it may have a solution for the state law that could invalidate a wet vote in Oak Cliff, as we reported last week. It’s called a concurrent election, which give Oak Cliff voters a double ballot — they’d vote on the city-wide issues, as well as allowing retail beer and wine sales in their neighborhood.
